This site is the only dedicated archive of modern American military photography that includes extensive model-releases and images that comply with US Department of Defense regulations for advertising and promotional use. These images were made primarily by Hans Halberstadt through special arrangement with the US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
